Situated on a picturesque and peaceful curve of the River Yare on the southern Norfolk Broads and within easy reach of the City of Norwich lies Brundall Bay Marina. Following a recent assessment by the Yacht Harbour Association, Brundall Bay has been awarded 4 Gold Anchors.

Brundall Bay Marina has 329 berths and is set in 50 acres of beautiful and peaceful parkland in an area of outstanding natural beauty with National Park status. There is a RSPB reserve beside the Marina, which is rich in wildlife. The marina also has craning and hard-standing facilities with on site workshops and engineers which includes a full range of parts and service. Norfolk Yacht Agency provide a large selection of marine craft from large to small. With easy transport links into Norwich, the village of Brundall is also close by where there is an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants. The onsite yacht club is also open 3 evenings a week, not only providing a social base but also organising cruises and training events.

There is a peaceful atmosphere where berth holders can enjoy a relaxing time on their boats, or enjoy the surrounding area which is all close at hand.

The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA) provides support for marinas and related business throughout the UK and internationally. The Gold Anchor Award Scheme is a voluntary assessment programme which is focussed on customer service and providing quality moorings for the boat owner. The ratings range from one to five Gold Anchors and provide assurance of the credibility and quality of the marina when assessed against the technical criteria based on the Code of Practice for the Construction and Operation of Marinas and Yacht Harbours.
