As always, the training day fills up quickly, we will be covering many currently relevant topics to include a morning case study and an afternoon of interactive short talks and Q&A sessions. Finally ending the day with networking drinks:
• Shipyard case study – talks will cover insurance, finance and legal issues, raised in the case study with a panel of experts answering the questions you have to overcome the difficult issues the industry is facing.
• Afternoon of workshops / short talks – to include tax, finance, legal hot topics – such as dispute resolution provisions, pursuing claims against debtors, insolvency and understanding the differences between consumer and business to business contracts.
• Networking drinks – a chance to catch up with other industry members.
